most of the time it says no internet connection available, whenever it says this I have to reinstall this app. I have done it five times in last 2 days

Paid for entire year, worked as expected for first month. From last two months streaming quality is degraded to 256x144. Android app is not up to the mark, please fix this issue!!! Works fine on the website.
