You can use Hotword Changer to access your Assistant (Your default assist app or whatever opens when you long-press the home button) with different hotwords.
Hotword Changer lets you use voice wake-up feature even when the screen is turned off.
By default, Hotword Changer will recognize you when you say like "Jarvis" etc. whenever the screen is on or your device is charging.
However, you can run it when the screen is off but comes at the cost of increased battery usage! (Not recommended)
Unless specified otherwise, you should turn it off after showing off in front of others! It ain't perfect yet & I ain't done yet!
There are only four hotwords available right now but support for custom hotword will be available soon.

Appreciate your work. I find that if Google assistant is launched by this app, the mic button and continued conversation will malfunction with the error “can't reach Google at the moment”. The only way to continue the conversation is saying the hotword again. Just wondering do you have any idea to solve this.

So I got this for my cromebook which just recently got the google assistant feature.I got this app because "ok google" is just a hard phrase to say.But when I tried to get the app to work my chromebook just didn't seem to think that the hotword was what it should respond to. Hopefully this will be changed soon.
