Hours and Pay Tracker lets you easily track your time and earnings. It is a perfect app for hourly employees, freelancers, or anyone interested in organizing their work in a better way.
The app allows you to record your daily working hours for each client. You can specify hourly rate for a job, daily and weekly overtime rates, taxes, deductions, pay periods and more. You can clock into multiple jobs simultaneously. Your earnings and hours are calculated automatically.
The job dashboard lets you easily clock in, clock out and start or end breaks. You can also add manual work entries in case you forgot to start the clock. The app displays all your work entries in a well designed, easy to use, intuitive interface. You can filter your time log by days, weeks, months or jobs.
Export your work entries to CSV or PDF format and send them to your clients. The app lets you customize time format, currency, clock in and clock out reminders, comments for entry and many other options. You can also lock the app and keep your data safe by enabling password protection.

I've tried so many time tracking apps. I can't find any that does exactly what I want it to do. This one does not check off all my boxes, but it is closer to what I wanted more than the others. After I subscribed I continue to search for that perfect app I need and just when I think I've found it and afraid I subscribed to this one too early, nope not true. They are all lacking basic features or asking ridiculous prices. This one has basic features and low subscription fees.

This app is the best tracker I have used so far, however if overtime calculations could be updated a little bit would make it even better. Meaning if I can set it to automatically be time and a half for the first 2 hours and double every hour after for weekend work. This would make it the ideal app for me and many others working big hours.

The app doesn't have a very good layout. Its poorly made. The concept is great, but half the buttons are off-screen because it isn't fit within your screen properly at all. Half your buttons/numbers are hidden above and underneath the bar at top - so you can't really see it either. If you switch windows while editing your hours for a shift (to reference a schedule, date, anything) it removes the "Done" button at the top so you can't finish adding your shift and have to exit out and try again.

Good app. Would like to have more overtime rates, i.e. weekend and night shift rates. Can't delete records. Would give it 4 stars if developer had responded to my request for help!!! I paid for full app but can't get help!!
