Just pathetic experience with this organisation. It allows you to book for service, but then no one is assigned. If you call the customer service, the standard refrain is that the servers are not working. They refuse to even acknowledge their service issues. A big 'NO'.

It was a horrendous experience. Worst customer service I have come across. I booked salon service for 7pm slot but beautician was kept postponing the appointment and finally didn't turned till 10:30pm. It was a waste of time. I have already done the online payment so was waited till 10:30pm before cancellation. I usually book through Urban Company but now regretting that why opt for Housejoy. It was a huge mistake.
