APR 2022 Still works P5 Previous: Been nearly 4 years & I wanted a floating note. Found I used hover note on my Note 2 back in the day. Installed now on my Pixel 2 XL. Works perfectly*. Easy to save the file locally or share with other apps ie save to Google Drive, add to Dropbox 👍🏼 (*Settings automatic numbering/bullets does not work but still 5 stars from me since I just use this for that rare instance I need a floating note.)

This is a very useful app. I used to have a hard time taking notes between apps in my phone even tho I can split the screen. This is way more convenient since I can change the window more freely and minimize.

PLEASE UPDATE! I've used this app for years, I love it, it has served me well and is an Old Faithful: I've used other similar, but it is always hover note that I revert to, nothing quite functions for me in the same useful way. (plus it is like old slippers). I just indulged in a new tablet, installed hover note and am gutted to find a message saying, 'this is built for an older version of android.' I notice there are other reviews stating the appreciable utility of this app, so please UPDATE!

Deleted everything in my note when I tried to cope and paste from the note to something. The copy and pasting is atrocious, and it's unacceptable.

Beyond annoying that the toolbar disappears when you long click. If you l long click on a word or link to select it for copying/pasting, the program highlights the text, but then the toolbar at the top just disappears (which contains the copy/paste, etc. buttons you intended on using).

Nice concept but hated the saving option. Every time I need manually save a txt file. Just give us the option to save the notes in the app! I don't care about creating a txt file to save a quick jot down!!
