Howler Check In is used by Event Organisers to scan tickets for Howler events. It’s designed to easily track attendees and scan QR coded tickets for everything from your cat’s birthday party to large scale events and festivals.
With Howler Check In you can: • Scan QR coded tickets from your attendees using the device camera • Search for attendees by email, name or ID number • Admit attendees with just a tap or a swipe! • View your event stats to understand how many people are inside your event • Use multiple scanners with blazing-fast synchronisation to ensure no ticket is scanned twice • Manage your event entrance completely offline - and sync with the Howler servers later • Troubleshoot issues by understanding if invalid tickets were transferred or refunded

I logged in but can't see any tickets to my upcoming events that I can see on my online profile. App is also too simple?

Ticket number (#251204) Dear Howler, I am appalled at your service, support and security. Cashouts are not automatic as mentioned in your notification emails. Customers need to manually pair the allocated card to their account. After losing the card which was given to me, someone else was able to cash out my money into their own account, how is this secure Howler!? When I contacted the Support Team I was told there is nothing that can be done and no response to my replies thereafter!

Can't access account after installing app. I created account on my laptop using Facebook, but logging in using Facebook not an option when launching app.

I can't log in to the app because I used my Google account when I signed up online and the app does not offer a "google sign in" option
