Crashes, often does not show desks availability. Tried refreshing, force stop, phone restart, still won't let me book

I have the same problem of the App displaying "Let us start" and then the mobile screen changes to the previous screen that was being displayed before I started the App. Then I again go to the App's screen and press Let us start. Then it crashes. This happens very consistently.
