This is the only app I have found on the app store that lets you monitor
and log your heart rate using a Polar H₇ Heart Rate monitor. You can even
export the logs in .csv format. It could better. The app isn't 100% in
English, but enough to figure it out. Also, I would like to see different
options for the graphs.

Thanks for sharing this app. Seems an interesting app, but unfortunately I could not get it to work. On my Huawei P10 lite the SCAN found my OH1, but gave the error "could not connect". I will retry later. EDIT: Thanks for the reply. Now connecting OH1 is ok. Even though I had it paired with another app and even when it was paired in Android. Settings. Bluetooth (which normally gives problems). Last time I had H10 and OH1 paired on P10 Huawei (that might have caused connection problems)

Unable to open files.!!! So why save them? The message" No app can perform this task" when trying to access them. Apart from that issue this app is easy to use and works well in real time.

My hrv is showing 700+ ms. An acceptable range for this is 10ms to 105ms. Unless this number needs to be translated there is no way my rr is 700ms.

It works, but this app is very, very power consumption ! And storge consumption! Polar h10 will decrease almost 20% discharge a night. And a night it will occupaid 25G+ storge on the phone. But other app works like this are all haven't those issues. Very weird. Developer should consider why and fix it.
