I'm absolutely loving the new app! It was very easy to link external accounts and create a budget. The new credit report punctuality is far better than some larger financial institutions credit scoring tools that I use.

The app is easy to navigate and the customization is endless. A couple of the 1-star review issues can be easily fixed by calling the credit union. Under settings, you can set up alerts, which I love. It is an added convenience for important items. You can link most external accounts for history and balance. No need to log in elsewhere to check on a balance or see the latest activity. Bill pay is easy to set up and use. I paid my property taxes that way - saved a stamp - and saved a trip to town hall. The check deposit is even easier now. It takes the photo when it senses in frame and clear. No need to move a finger to click the camera button while trying to stay in alignment.

You have my debt noted in $17,000.00 plus more than it should be. I "DO NOT" have a car loan with HRCU!!!! Shows last update May 1, 2025....NOTE: I was a co-signer for my son. You took the debt ratio off his upon full payment of truck and added it as an "open" account debt on my account. It has been like this for a year!!!! Please update my debt to income ratio. Take this car loan balance off.

Essentially useless. I can open the app and look at what is my accounts. However, if I click on anything the app errors out and closes itself. I can't pay for my hrcu credit card, I can't do any transfers or check what charges have been made on my checking. Extremely disappointing when before this past update I would have given the app 5 stars.

It used to save my username so that I didn't have to type it in every time. It doesn't do that anymore. I have to type it in every single time. Most times I log in it makes me get a code sent to my phone number because it never recognizes the device I'm using even though I use the same device every time. Logging into this app has become the most ANNOYING task.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
