Decrement buttons when selecting time doesn't work. Horrible UX

Steer clear of this HRM system if you are able to. Low quality, no notifications when claims are approved/rejected, bugs where buttons no longer work (having to close and re-open the app), difficult to navigate UX and unappealing design. This app is a poorly designed website from the early 2000s. Go for Visma HRM instead (Flex is also owned by Visma now), and that is much better. Unfortunately, stuck using this one.

Works fine when it works fine... My main problem is that occasionally (say 20% of startups) the app fails in some kind of deadlock mode. Welcome screen is displayed for just one second or so, then it goes in a few steps down to black. Restarting does not help, if lucky it works again some day or days later.
