Too many glitches that need to be addressed i.e. phone app cannot add or update contacs, only on desktop app; no notification to upload any updates on desktop app; unauthorized contact keeps popping up even after it has been deleted several times, etc...just a few issues, not major but frustrating n irritating to deal with daily. If it works properly, it has potential to be a good one. Its been a few months since i posted this feedback and my phone app still dont work! So lowered the rating.
