The app works ok on the cellphone. But you can only see part of the picture which makes it hard to size the project big enough for cutting. I prefer the Windows app for designing and cutting. I still use the cellphone app for making some of my designs when not feeling up to turning my computer on. So the cellphone version is more convenient since everyone has a cellphone.

It does the basics well and connects to Bluetooth easily. It's like a "lite" version of the pc software. It would be nice if you could use JPG and PNG files without having to convert them first, but I get that it's early days for this app, and I reckon it'll improve over time. I am looking forward to future updates. I'm so glad I bought a Loki and will continue to use the pc for more complicated projects, but I'm still super happy with the app, too.

I updated my machine, now the images on process images has reduced noise and smooth and expected color count. I don't know how to make the images come out like before. Now they come out horrible 😒 what do I need to do?

Terrible update. Makes the software unusable. I had templates made for wedding decorations. Now all the sizes have changed and cannot get changed into mm instead of inch's awful awful awful

Print and cut function doesn't work from mobile device. All options are limited on the mobile app.
