It would appear the version offered on the Google Play Store is different to the one on the Huawei App Gallery. If you don't have a Huawei phone, it's best to install the App Gallery first, then the Health app from there. I have both a Huawei phone and watch and haven't experienced any issues as described by the other reviewers and my watch is more than 2 years.
