★★☆☆☆ Update: yes, I received your email........at 11:24am, day after update writing my review I was promptly helped, HOWEVER, STILL waiting for my replacement camera 2 MONTHS later...oh and service was down multiple times last night...shocker Service is constantly down, which means this app and camera are useless half the time. Camera also randomly resets itself and moves positions. I have emailed NUMEROUS times about both issues and never get a response back. Poor customer service and product.

★★☆☆☆ Overall the baby monitor product is awesome, except for the fact that at nighttime the camera and vision sucks. My fiancé bout a cheap one from Amazon for a fraction of the price and is 1080p with the light on or off. For the price paid for this specific unit, you would think it would be excellent. Kind of upset about that. Also, there's a decent lag with the sound.
