Cant use it. Will not open anything. After reporting it I was told to update. There are no updates. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice

My biggest problem, with this app, is that all the attachments for notices and things will not open. It's extremely frustrating! Can't stay informed if none of the PDFs will open.
