Designed to interact with our core FMS system, HubMobile allows drivers to communicate with, receive work from, and constantly update despatchers on their progress.
HubMobile is a handheld solution which allows drivers to: - Send and receive messages - Complete pre-start checklists - Manage fatigue and breaks - Accept jobs sent by despatchers - Keep despatchers up to date with the driver's location - Keep track of a job's progress - Scan barcodes - Receive signatures as proof of delivery - Take photos as proof of delivery and much more.
The "Fast updates" version of HubMobile is the same as the regular version, except that it is updated more frequently. This means that new features and configuration options are introduced sooner, before gradually being introduced into the regular version.
*Note: This software is only useful for drivers working for a courier company utilizing Hub Systems' FMS software. Without a working FMS installation, this application will not work.

***GPS ACCURACY*** Google Maps is accurate on its own, but navigating with Google Maps to a pickup or drop off through the hub mobile application has become very inaccurate. I have given full permissions, no optimization, but avg with vpn is installed. Can the navigation within hub mobile be fixed?

Terrible app for such a high cost. Why can't I have an option to reject a job? Why can't I message or use any of the app's functions before accepting a job? Why can't I change the volume or type of alert tones? Why can't I choose when and if I want my location to be shown? Why can't I use any of the app's functions while on a break? Why can't I view jobs when logged in but without 'starting work'? Really, these options should be there. Without them this is a poor app and not worth its cost.

So the latest update now gives you voice readouts that you can't turn off when you get a message from dispatch. You still don't get logs of when jobs get changed, deleted or adjusted, just the pop-up (that has a voice readout you can't turn off), and there's still a lot of yesterday's jobs (and the day before's) in today's completed job screen. Could you maybe work on fixing the stuff that sucks before adding more stuff that sucks?
