It's reliable, however you may not be able to send money on weekends. Once you made the transaction, you will have to wait for monday for your transfer abroad to remit.

I wanted to share my experience with the application, as I have some concerns. Firstly, I recommend caution before downloading this application. I found that the time taken to receive funds is significantly longer than expected. Additionally, the customer service is not available over the weekend, which means that any inquiries or issues you may have during that time will go unaddressed. Moreover, if funds are sent over the weekend, they may not be received for up to four days.

Hub pay becomes Unattractive with Increased Exchange Rate (AED to INR 22.50 while the market Rate is 22.65 on 6th April) and Service charge of AED 6.30 for each Transfer. Or Increased the rates & charges to minimize transactions pressure on the system which seems delays these days?!
