Create a palette with 2 to 8 colors. Choose colors with a hue ring, saturation and lightness controls, quick basic colors, or HEX, RGB, and HSL input. Lock colors you want to keep, then request a complementary, analogous, triadic, or lightness-step suggestion. Preview each suggestion before deciding to apply it, and undo recent color changes as you refine a set.

Name palettes, add notes, reorder colors, and save them locally. Search saved palettes by name or color code, keep favorites close, and copy color codes as a single line or a named list. Your recent palettes remain available from the home screen.

Use the contrast checker to compare text and background colors. It shows a contrast ratio, a sample, and a neutral reference for normal or large text. Transparent colors are composited over the selected light or dark preview base. Swap the foreground and background to compare a pair from either direction. The result is a design aid, not a complete professional or legal accessibility assessment.

Choose a light, dark, or system appearance, set the default palette size and copy format, and enable larger text or reduced motion. Palettes, notes, and preferences stay on your device. Color selection is manual; no photos, screen capture, or external color service is needed.
