Works great now, but I had to enter my tariff manually, but it wasn't a problem. Now it works brilliantly. I can check my gas or electricity in KHW or price, even both on the same screen. I do miss some of the features from the free version. But this very handy.

Have to lower my rating, latest version finally has the budget option, but it's impossible to update budget set in £. The original always stays there, and it just keeps adding more budgets, no option to remove one. What a mistake to make before releasing the new app...

Essential for managing my electric usage. Hugo is just 2 hours behind time with its readings, British gas is 2 days. Just wish it would make it easier to add up my night rate totals like the free version did, then it would be perfect.

Moved to the pro version when the old version shuts down. I only really have elec+gas, so the old version did all I needed for free. UI is ok, and I am sure it will develop overtime. Still happy with the app and the support is good.

I'm with Ecotricity who have excellent rates but a rubbish app. Hugo has clearly been developed by people who want maximum data analysis. Worth every penny. Well done Hugo

This app, which will replace the original Hugo app soon, is extremely difficult to use and seems to have been launched far too soon before its bugs were sorted. It seems very Octopus orientated and kept losing the data I input for my British Gas tariff. The graphical displays are also almost unusable since they seem to assume that everybody has solar panels. The more useful weather data on the usage graph can rarely be encouraged to display. Try harder Hugo.

This is a perfect example of if it works, don't fix it. Hugo was very useful and put all the information you needed about usage in one place, Hugo Pro successfully overcomplicated its usefulness. Add to that the cost of a subscription, which in itself isn't the worst thing, making these apps cost money, but this is overpriced and is not worth £2.99 pm or £29.99 a year. Thankfully, there is a 7-day free trial, which expired after a day, so that was completely useless! Very poorly executed. 😢
