The app overall works well. It would be nice if you could edit your order once you've put it in the cart without having to delete your entire order again. Also, some items are not available to select for online orders at my store (Pad Thai noodles) so I have to put in a special note every time I order it. It also kind of sucks that you have a limit on how many veggies/sauces you can put on your order. If you go in for take out orders or dine in they just use two bowls for your order any ways.

No way to complain about bogus orders. My local store can't figure out how they request the protein in the meal. They keep not adding it.

Fix the damned app. It hasn't been letting me log in for months now. Says my username or password is incorrect, which it's not. Most of your locations don't ask if we have a rewards account....and some don't know what to do with the phone number.
