★★★★★ Pretty easy to use and works well. Would rate higher if there wasn't a $10 fee for credit / debit card usage.

★★★★★ App is convenient to use! Easier than calling the housing office. Maintenance concerns are usually scheduled quickly.

★★★★★ Maintenance requests are easy to submit. The mobile app is a little boxy and simplistic.

★★☆☆☆ They need to have a place where it shows that you actually paid. Not having just a 0.00 balance. Having a zero balance means that if you checked it on the wrong day & they didn't update then you're questioning if the payment went through. Having the system not work on the 1st of every month is awful because that's when rent is due. Why can't they have it available to pay from the 25th to 5th then add the late fee after the 6th. Some people try to pay rent early & it just needs to be fixed.

★★☆☆☆ The options on the subcategory does not apply to my living quarters. Rather than limiting options by multiple choice radio buttons. Allow I like the ideal of using an App it makes life a little less stress and I can handle maintenance issues at the touch of my fingertips. I attempted this transaction on the 31st of July and my payment was not posted. I had to attempt this payment again on the seventh in order to send rental payment this makes it frustrating and late
