This app is loaded with features. It's able to test the speed, spot problems, notifies you when another device is connected, it has a built-in firewall. The service is amazing. Best internet provider I've ever had.

By far the best internet company I've been doing Business with! No lies, I pay my bill and there are no new or extra charges. The gentlemen that installed the equipment were polite and absolutely the most knowledgeable people I've ever met. The company only employed people from our communities, Americans, living in the state of Oregon. When I contact customer service or technical support I talk to an American and don't have to repeat myself 10 times. They deal with the issues and fix the problem

Had to reinstall, and now it won't let me connect. Won't send pw reset and keeps telling me the account is already linked to another account. yeah my account. Was great now useless.

Can't set up my router because trying to do just about anything on this app gives me a "There was a delay" error message.
