Works fine if you disable your phones' data/lte, etc. I think some people aren't reading the interactive instructions...

Not sure why everyone's having issues. I followed the instructions and it works fine. I prefer not having an app but the app works, and can view images and videos taken by the camera easily. Can also easily adjust setting. No real issues that I can find. S23 plus

It is so hard to connect ... Something needs to be updated or im about to pitch it in the trash ... The pic and videos are good when it does get connected but The conection issue makes me want to pitch it

Will not allow me to access the camera. It connects, everything seems fine. And then as soon as I hit a button to make something happen, the app loses connection with the camera and resets, and I have to do all the steps over again to connect. I can never actually use the app to control the camera or look at the pictures it took. And that's literally the reason I got the camera with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection. The app not working essentially makes the camera the same as any other camera without it

This app used to work. Now it is unable to connect via Wi-Fi to the camera. The camera has a message saying it is connected but the app says please enable Wi-Fi and disconnect 4g/5g which is not helpful.
