Booked a room them they send me a reservation number when I got to the hotel they have no information of my reservation, the hotel said the hotel does not even use all number reservation number, had to book a hotel through the hotel itself when I email customer support they couldn't help they just said I needed to tell the hotel my reservation number i asked for a refund have not got any answer from them

Horrible, never doing that again. I booked a trip and then canceled it, and they still not refunded my money, this is ridiculous. They're keeping my money.
