This may be the most useful app around. I was able to use the app late at night and got connected to a provider within 2 minutes. The provider was able to look at pics of the injury right away, offer guidance about what level of care we needed to access, and sent info to our local sports med clinic for follow up. A really innovative app.

I just downloaded. I started to create an account in the app. The date selector tumblers kept rolling back to their starting positions after selecting my birthdate. Deleted the app. VERY poor customer experience for me.

Someone asked me a few questions then sent link to make appointment with an office in area. I could find a place myself. I thought they were going to give recommendations. Useless
