★★★★★ I saw bad rating on this app and wonder why. It took less than 30 second to connect after I put the battery in correctly. And yes knowing that you put the batteries in tight enough in my t540i XP took me longer--i think it took me 3 attempts w/o the manual. This puts a lot of information all in one spot. Is it very helpful app? Not sure just yet. Had own less than 4 hours and 3 sec of trigger pull. But I still like this option instead of searching for answers, or I have to diagnose the problem.

★★★★★ Pro user here. Interesting little addition to the battery range of Husky machines, when it works. Occasional connectivity issues, but overall the app seems to work well for me.

★★☆☆☆ Bought a new 460 Rancher Chainsaw. The app said that the "product is not supported" when I tried to input it.

★★☆☆☆ My lawn mower is an older model and that does not appear in the app and there is no way to enter the model number. The Husqvarna website is just as useless as their app. I will never purchase another product from Husqvarna!

★★☆☆☆ Bought a line trimmer with a QR code that promotes Husqvarna Connect. Except the product does not exist on the app. Really bad show Husky.
