Not only does the app and coupons not work, the entire program is a scam. I bought a coupon card over a year and a half ago and didn't think anything of it. I just recently realized that Humanity International Inc. has been making unauthorized withdrawals on my account for $19 a month since Jan 2022, i.e. when I purchased a coupon card. If you purchased a card using a credit or debit card, keep an eye out for unauthorized transactions.
