Description by Brite Technologies LLC Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
or text, and get a full itemized estimate you can hand to the customer before
you leave the driveway.
Built for service techs, install crews, comfort advisors and one-truck shops
who lose evenings writing quotes that should have taken minutes.
━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━
Photograph the condenser, furnace or air handler. Describe the job — voice or
text, two sentences or twenty. Optionally scan the rating plate. The app writes
the scope, prices the equipment from HVAC wholesalers, splits install labor from
service labor, and produces a professional document ready to send.
━━━ PRICED THE WAY HVAC IS SOLD ━━━
• Equipment on its own line, installation billed as labor — never a lump sum
the customer can't check
• Refrigerant priced by the pound, with the type named (R-410A, R-454B)
• Diagnostic and service call fees itemized, not buried
• Permit and inspection fees included — they are real costs on a changeout
• Startup and commissioning billed separately: charge weigh-in, superheat
and subcool, static pressure, combustion analysis
━━━ RATING PLATE SCANNER ━━━
Point the camera at the plate on the cabinet. The model number pins nominal
tonnage, efficiency tier and refrigerant type; the serial dates the system.
Repair-versus-replace stops being a guess.
━━━ PHOTO SYSTEM ANALYSIS ━━━
Fouled coils, oil stains from a refrigerant leak, a burnt contactor, crushed
flex duct, a missing float switch, clearances that will fail inspection, attic
or crawlspace access that eats two extra hours — all read from your photo and
carried into the estimate.
━━━ READY-MADE JOB TEMPLATES ━━━
Start from a template instead of a blank page:
→ No-cool service call — diagnose & repair
→ Condenser and coil changeout
→ Full furnace and AC changeout
→ No-heat furnace call
→ Two-head mini-split install
→ Attic ductwork replacement
━━━ YOUR RATES, YOUR CITY ━━━
Set your own hourly rate per skill — service tech, install crew, sheet metal,
refrigeration, after-hours. Every estimate uses your rates exactly. Anything
you haven't priced falls back to current local market rates for your area.
━━━ CUSTOMER-READY DOCUMENTS ━━━
Send a branded estimate as a PDF or share link. The client approves or declines
— you see the status in real time. Turn an approved estimate into an invoice in
one tap, then track what has been paid. Add-ons that actually close —
maintenance plans, surge protection, UV air purifiers, duct sealing — suggested
per job automatically.
