Much more flexible and convenient way to control the Proton vs the hardware controls. Easy to start/pause/stop and change programs. Only wish there was a way to keep the screen unlocked while running the app - or have some kind of lock screen widget: can take a while to unlock the phone when you want to pause, and meanwhile it's shooting balls at you 😛

Seems like the recent update (1.0.8) broke Bluetooth connectivity for some users. After this update I'm no longer able to connect to the Proton, rendering the app useless. I know at least one other Android user is dealing with the same issue.

This app is not good. Iphone or Samsung phone, this app doea not work well on either. They can't get their act together to fix the machine playing in RANDOM mode. The latest Apex Serve stand, this app does not work either. I give the app 1 star or less. Their hardware is OK.

There is no way to start/pause a program with a shortcut key, like a volume key, a Bluetooth remote, or a watch. You have to run to your phone, open the app, and tap the button on the screen, while tennis balls are shooting at you. How is something so simple and obvious overlooked?
