Use HYPE at your own Risk, You can't call them direct with telephone number, you write them mail on email they reply to you whenever they like, poor service, My HYPE has been blocked for 4 days now, due to the transfer I received, I was asked to explain the nature of the transfer which I did, today at 1pm they reply to my asking me the nature of a previous transfer of last month, nothing is done. The so-called HYPE don't care about how urgent and important the money in your account is to you.

No comparison with Revolut, I've been paying €1 for their service every month just to allow payment higher than €1000. The only way to cancel the subscription suggested by their support was to close the account, which I will do soon. EDIT: potete Camaro come volute ma fatto sta che dei soldi escono dal mio account per un Servillo che è gratuity con diverse alter Blanche. E l'unico modo per evitable è Cheddar l'account. Don't bother with customer service! I've had the unpleasant experience of a fraudulent payment being made with my card, and it has now been almost a month since I have notified the customer service and nothing has been done! I have been asked by multiple associates to fill up the same application form, and provide the same details, without an update on the case. I am so fed up with all of this that I will definitely close the account!

Don't use an integrated btc wallet, it's a scam. I sent my btc to another wallet, never received it. Used many other wallets, never experienced that before. Such a shame for Hype. Can't trust Hype after that. Avoid!
