Love this app, I didn't have to deal with ordering my food from a separate app and was able to apply my rewards and discounts to my food order. I definitely recommend this app if you want to have taken out food picked up and dropped off fast and hot.

App has no live support. "Chat" support is just a series of deadend menus. There is no human to help troubleshoot. I ordered food delivery, and it was subcontracted to DoorDash, where the driver cancelled the order and abandoned my food at the restaurant. Regardless, I was still obligated to pay $5 to the driver, even though he was at the restaurant, but refused to accept my order. It was very frustrating that no-one at Hyperalert could intervene.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! It is a rip-off. They take your card number and charge you then they do not deliver the goods. They claim the order was cancelled and for you to contact the restaurant. They do not respond to the support messages. They do not respond to the text that notified you of cancellation. They do not respond to the number given to your credit card issuer. Meanwhile, you have also lost the money you paid the restaurant.
