★★☆☆☆ Bad system. I bought several goods with delivery, but some of them were not available. They gave me some official notes and asked me to claim this via Tokopedia so that I can get my money back for unavailable items. But absolutely this suggestion is totally not work. I bought the goods via this app, but how come they suggest me to use Tokopedia to claim this case?

★★☆☆☆ A total disaster with my first time using the apps. Perhaps it will take another year before these apps is functioning properly. Too bad that due to lacking of application testing, user like me have to experience a very poor online booking system, from stock not updated properly, till cancellation that have to wait for several working days to get refund (due to no stock in store).

★★☆☆☆ Do not trust the stock information in the apps. Its could be said available, but when u finish the payment, the packet might come incomplete. No confirmation and no warning statement regarding this matter. I was one of my fav app, but now I'm disappointed with using it.

★★☆☆☆ Unreliable. On every occasion when I order its incomplete order, then it takes weeks for a refund to go through. It becomes very difficult to count on this service, so i no longer order from hypermart online, besides the prices are higher to begin with.
