Worst customer service ever. I have ordered on 1st may and delivery date was on 5th May. After multiple tickets through chat and email, there was no proper response from the support team except raising new tickets. After 6 days following up, one agent was assigned who also took almost 2 hours to respond and then confirmed order cannot be delivered. Total waste of money and time. Seems like 1+1 is marketing only No proper updates, except the frustrating automated messages both via chat and email.
