Description

SemtPati mobil uygulaması, İstanbul’un farklı mahallelerinde sokak hayvanlarına yönelik gönüllü faaliyetler sürdüren hayvanseverlerin ve gönüllülerin birbirlerinden haberdar olmalarını ve bir araya gelmelerini sağlar. Uygulama aracılığıyla yaygın ve etkili bir sahiplendirme yapılması, sokak hayvanlarının kayıt altına alınarak ihtiyaçlarının tespit edilmesi ve yerel yönetimlerin veriye dayalı karar alma süreçlerinin desteklenmesi hedeflenmektedir.

SemtPati Mobil uygulaması ile İstanbul Gönüllüleri, hayvanseverler ve İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi arasında sokak hayvanlarının bakımına yönelik etkili bir koordinasyon sağlanır.

İstanbul Gönüllüleri’nin desteğiyle yönetilen “Semt Sakinleri” bölümünde ise sokak köpeklerinin fiziksel özellikleri, sağlık ve beslenme bilgileri, konumları ve fotoğrafları uygulamaya kaydedilerek mahalle mahalle tüm şehrin sokak köpeği haritalandırmasının çıkarılması amaçlanır. Uygulama kullanıcıları, mahallelerinde birlikte yaşadıkları köpeklere dair bilgileri uygulamadan kolaylıkla takip edebilir. Oluşturulan bu veri tabanı, İstanbul Büyük Şehir Belediyesi tarafından saklanır ve kontrol edilir.

Kullanıcılar, uygulama aracılığıyla İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin geçici bakım evlerinde sahiplendirilmeye uygun köpekleri görüntüleyebilir ve başvuru formunu doldurarak köpek sahiplenme sürecini başlatabilir. Uygulamada yer alan içerikler ile sahiplenme sürecinden hayvan bakımı ve sağlık rutinlerine, hayvanlarla doğru ve güvenli iletişim yöntemlerinden İBB Veterinerlik Hizmetleri kapsamında gerçekleştirilen çalışmalara uzanan pek çok konuda bilgilere erişebilir. Sokak hayvanlarına yönelik soru, istek ve önerilerini ise uygulama içerisinden doğrudan ALO 153 Çözüm Merkezi hattına bağlanarak bildirebilir.
