A blessing This app, in its simplicity, which I appreciate, is simply amazing. I start my day with the affirmations ( i do two) and in a few short weeks it has made a remarkable difference. I am going to purchase the app today so i can save my history and add pics and support the developer. I wanted to let everyone know how awesome this app is. To those of you complaining ...its a simple free app. If its not what you want then delete! Or i'd keep it because obviously you need some positive infulences lol.

Re: no sound To those complaining about "no sound", your selected ringtone will play at the *end* of the Reflection Timer, not while it's running. It's an alarm to let you know the timer is finished - in case your eyes are closed (while meditating) or the screen goes dark. To select a ringtone, Home Menu | Preferences | Reflection Timer Ringtone | (select one) | OK.
