As of late ive been banned for a week, although I had never done anything inappropriate on the app? Ive also seen friends getting banned even when they stayed friendly and appropriate. Is IAS glitching? Overall it's an amazing app to track sobriety but the community feature glitches out sometimes and flags you even when you really hadn't done anything wrong? (ah ok It's been fixed! Thanks to the I am sober team for actually caring about us 🥹)

The app will ban you for reasons not addressed by a human. I've seen reviews about people going on to 3 months sober and were banned from the community for petty reasons. My reason? I was banned for setting my profile picture as my 4-year-old daughter. I never once went against community guidelines in my interactions but Admin was like "hey, a literal child-let's ban them for being underage!" Instead of flagging the account to be looked into further.

It was good at first nice community and allat BUT recently I got banned due to me "posting from an underage account" wowww taking someone's only line of hope and support just because they ain't 18. Nice.
