★★★★★ Does the job. No complaints. However it would be good to have biometrics support for the Galaxy devices just like you have for iPhone.

★★★★★ Most bad reviews are unfair... Never had any speed issues myself and it serves it's purpose well. As for the fingerprint ID, it is a trade-off between security and convenience. I think IB favors security and rightly so, I believe.

★★☆☆☆ It worked for a while -- maybe 80% of the time. Then it dropped to only working 10% of the time. Now it just doesn't communicate with my phone at all. It only ever works when it is called from TWS mobile app on the *same phone* as IBKey, which seems kind of pointless security-wise.

★★☆☆☆ Had to re-install to correct an auto login issue with PC web browser. App doesn't launch numeric keyboard, knowing its a PIN input requirement. No fingerprint support.

★★☆☆☆ For those mentioning Authenticator - this app is more than that, it has an additional local pin security to prevent stealing and communicates several weird hashes. It is "their proprietary solution" so that they can return your money in case of a hacker attack. Now, problems: When /data is backed up and restored on another device, it simply won't work, showing some recovery screen which may or may not recover the access. We need a better way to backup or recover the access. Additionally, it is a pretty slow (Cordova) app and it should also support fingerptint instead of a pin. Quote often it even won't work (authentication error) and I have to repeat it or do manual challenge/response which is pretty lame (qr code scan would improve it a lot). So other reviews are really true and only people not using it often can say it's ok. It is better than paper codes but still annoying to use in this state. A good idea but badly made and unreliable and needs a complete overhaul. For such a big company, this app is a joke.

★★☆☆☆ Does not send sms code. Tried different browsers and phone numbers. Worthless app. I wanted to apply for a debit card but it's impossible this way!
