★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't open stating that device has been rooted, when I haven't rooted my device.

★★☆☆☆ Worst app and even worst customer support team. The app definitely has a big issue, tried making a payment and got error ask to try again. Same error four times and to my surprise, it wasn't an error at all. The amount is debited 4 times, lost 2.4L. And now the other person isn't responding. Tried reporting to their customer support, a most complicated way to access their support team. The worst bank support I have ever used. Never Ever prefer ICICI.
