Been with Ibotta a few years now. App has improved a lot since I began using it. Wish that there was an arcade for Publix receipts but uploading has gotten way better.

This app is good for the most part. The only thing I don't like about it is after you scanned your receipt, some or a lot of the rebate items not on there. So then I have to go back and res can every item that didn't show up on the list. But for the most part I really do like Ibotta it has made me extra money on the things that I was buying anything. Sometimes you can get items for free, or even you can try new items that maybe you wouldn't even think about trying before. Thanks Ibotta 💝

Ibotta is great, and I am glad to be able to get cash back on items I buy all the time. However, if items are missed when your Walmart account is linked and ibotta automatically transfers your purchase, ibotta should allow you to add items upload the receipt for the missed items for that visit.

I earned $20 on this app. Didn't use it for a while and forgot to cash out. Now I find out that they have been removing $4 a month for "maintenance," and I have insufficient funds to cash out what little I have left. I was never notified this would happen or was on the verge of happening. I am basically being charged for not using the app... this feels like classic sneaky corporate thievery, and I am infuriated.

Nowhere if app to submit a help request! Impossible to send support ticket. Once again your app won't recognize offers purchased at Walmart then when I try to add manually the link to submitting scanned items is broken. I'm on e again cheated out 2 dollars for buying an item I wouldn't have purchased to begin with if not for your offer. So I have to return to Walmart since your app once again is a rip off.

It is not worth the time to put it on my phone Doesn't work piece of garbage. I couldn't even get it to work for a receipt from Walmart.
