*edit the Walmart orders will not show the app to see all the items that you can search from Ibotta* Ihave been using Ibotta for over 10 years, I absolutely love it! It is a great way for me to save for any occasions. Birthdays to Holliday time. If I ever encounter a problem with not getting a cash back item that does qualify, I take a screenshot of the item requirements in the app, the receipt if uploaded, the items and the UPC of the items. They have always been quick to respond!

After 6 years use, this app has been pretty decent. The main issue I have is with the membership-based warehouse club cash rebates. Since day one of using this app, Ibotta still hasn't matched the correct sizing and/or bulk packaging that these stores carry. Even though you purchase the item that is listed for the cash rebate, unfortunately, it will not match the cash rebate due to this fact if purchased at a membership-based warehouse club. Hence, you will never receive the rebate ever.

I give this app a 1 star. Half the time I try to claim an offer it takes it away for no reason. Then I tried cashing out, and it says something don't seem right and has suspended my account and says to contact support I contact support, and they said it will take 2 to 3 days to get back to me. Now I can't claim any offers or try to cash out. It says there is an error and to try back in a little while. I will change my rating if and when I get the cash out I should get. This app is a waste.

I only got 0.5 cents for a receipt. On fetch I got a $5 gift card instead and was able to use receipts that were yrs old plus less confusing and easy to use Ibotta is disappointing.
