Would be 5 stars if you could link store accounts and/or if items on your receipt automatically received the points as some other apps allow. You have individually select items before scanning receipt which takes some time. Otherwise, it is nice to get the cash back!

I've been using Ibotta for three years. It's absolutely the best cash back app when grocery shopping! So far I'm well over $3200 in cash back purchases! Never an issue submitting receipts, and finding deals! For new users, find your grocery store and use TikTok or YouTube to find your weekly deals. For the first time in years, my pantry is full and the kids don't complain there's no snacks in the house! Took my grocery bill from $800 to under $300 easily!

More work than it's worth. If you don't use the app to shop, you don't get credit even if you manually submit your receipt. For example, I purchased new appliances. I used their app and spent $2700+ for a washer and dryer (and 2 pedestals) and got a whopping $19 and some change back. When my washer was delivered, it was damaged, so the delivery people brought another one the next day. I gotta saw there was a return and took money back out of the $19 they gave me. It's more work than it's worth.

Walmart barcode scanner not working for days. The app is not picking up on my receipt offers. Ibotta is becoming nothing but a useless burden to deal with its constant failure. Fix the glitch issues. Listen to your customers, because without us there would be no app. Looks like I better start looking into your app competitors, because these reviews show me that you Ibotta are failing your customers big time!!!!!

Edit TOTAL SCAM! I connected my food city account and I haven't gotten a single cash back from anything I've bought. When I contacted them, the Ai bot was no help. Emailed a "real person" who was even less help, telling me to connect the account. Complained to the bbb with same results. Incompetent, ignorant AI garbage and moronic employees. They owe me so much money It's not even funny. Ibotta is run by crooks, probably originating in China. Hope someone sues them for every penny!
