iBudokan BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), is a martial art that focuses mainly on ground fighting techniques where physical strength is less important than technique. BJJ is based on the principle that technique and flexibility can compensate for physical strength. It aims to enable a smaller and less powerful practitioner to defend against a larger and stronger opponent, primarily using ground control, escape, submission, and reversal techniques.
