Bollocks I did everything as instructed and was sitting right in front of my cam and monitor, and the stupid program just kept spinning for about an hour and I tried both WiFi and 4g, you owe me money

This sounds like a great idea but most of the time it simply does not work. When it does it is great. I have the pro version which cost! There is no support and it has not been updated for a long time. Spend some money and get a decent system. When it doesn't work, it just causes anxiety. Don't bother.

The software for the pc has been upgraded to version v2, but this app, even after purchase, is not compatible and will not connect. I been trying to get a refund, but it doesn't seem posible.
