★★☆☆☆ As soon as you deposit money their app doesn't allow you to move or access it, and then they lock you out of their account. FRAUDS AND THIEVES. Reported to Google and Financial Conduct Authority.

★★☆☆☆ A poor attempt to copy Revolut or Wise, but Bulgarian-style. Deposit fees are hidden in support. I deposited 2 euros, 1 was taken as a fee, and to withdraw the other 1, I have to pay more. They blocked my account asking for extra documents, including a handwritten statement explaining where every euro came from. And I’m a resident who already provided all documents! On top of that, they plan to charge for the blocked funds. So, 2 euros in, 1 credited, and more fees to withdraw. Scammers

★★☆☆☆ The worst. Had this bank for some time. It was fine with some complications almost always, but whatever. Now, after sending 1 email titled" about your account" WHICH IS THE SAME FOR ANY NEWS OR SPAM THAT THEY SEND. They asked for a TAX ID number, no notification in the app, nothing. They terminated my account with no warning. When I asked support about the funds on the account, they just left the chat. Unbelievable and disgusting.
