★★★★★ The app is a lil bit laggish but bearable. Was able to change my work email to personal email upon activation which very convenient in requesting a copy of your LOA. OTP is also being sent to both my personal email and phone number.

★★★★★ THIS APP IS UTTER BS, ALWAYS DOWN Update: The always down issue was fixed. Maybe a 1 out of 10 yimes it will be down, but that is acceptable as reloading the app usually fixes it now.

★★☆☆☆ Takes time to open and load then sometimes doctors and or hospital not really accepting icare. Login always fails especially when you need it saying account does not exist but allows you to log in to the members' portal site.

★★☆☆☆ Need OTP for every log in. this isn't a banking app. Slow to no response at all for requesting LOA through the app. The app keeps crashing now, and I can't even log in.

★★☆☆☆ App is not working. I've tried all basic troubleshooting. Still didn't fix the issue. It just keeps on loading. In addition, you can't even see the coverage of your plan.

★★☆☆☆ Your app have a ton of OTP when logging in and my anger issues can't handle it. I can't even see what services can be covered with this HMO by using the app. The main reason why you have this app is to make it easier for people to access their benefits without calling, but your app only have blank details. This app is a complete useless.
