Ice Fish

Ice Fish is a food guide inspired by Malagasy cooking, bringing together stews, street snacks, sides, and island flavors in one organized kitchen collection.

Browse dishes by the vessel or cooking style used at the fire, including clay pot, open fire, banana leaf, and market snack. Open individual entries to explore the story behind each dish and learn more about how it is prepared.

Use the tasting spoon to compare flavor balance, including bitter and sweet elements, and follow the cooking process step by step from preparation to the finished pot.

Save dishes you want to revisit in woven raffia baskets. Organize your favorites into personal collections and copy a market list when you want a simple summary of what to gather.

The mortar activity lets you grind aromatics and stop when the crush reaches the right point, adding a small interactive element to the kitchen experience.

Your island journal keeps track of recent activity and your fire-lit streak as you continue exploring dishes and returning to the app.

Ice Fish combines Malagasy food discovery, cooking steps, flavor balance, personal baskets, market lists, a mortar activity, and progress tracking in one convenient guide.

Keep the broth simmering, explore the pantry, and build your next island meal in Ice Fish.
