★★☆☆☆ This is an SCAM. After I made a payment for the premium, the entire screen was locked. I was not able to operate this app anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled and found that my earlier data and purchase of the premium app is all GONE. I have to fill in all the particulars again. No records of the previous data that I have input. Data not store in CLOUD. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PREMIUM. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK.

I used to be able to add multiple contacts (the version I had was free) and now I can only add 1 with the free version. I don't need to add all my medical history to this app. Also, I am unable to add it to my lock screen. That's the whole point of this app, to show on my lock screen In case of an accident or something, and I am unable to talk.

★★☆☆☆ Changes have been made, so interface is all muddled up. The app on my old phone was clear and precise -- my details and then the details of my emergency contacts. No more. Full of junk adverts as well. Progress has gone backwards not forwards for this app. Try a different one....
