Love this app, latest update has a bug when entering weight it lists kg instead of lbs, but after entering shows lbs in the summary, so enter in lbs.

I love this app! In case something happens to me, and I'm alone, then first responders will have my medical info and who to immediately contact. My negative, is I got a new phone, and I'm not able to figure out how to get all my information back? Don't know who to contact.

What is this app now? It's like aliens have taken it over. No information on what's changed or how to retrieve your data. Data is completely gone. Constant alerts that are just really annoying at night when people are sleeping that don't even connect to the app when U click on it. It's completely useless. I will be deleting mine. So much for emergency information that just disappears. Lucky I didn't need it!

Well my other phone fried, had to get new one identical, thought all my info would just transfer HOWEVER when I opened this app ALLL MY INFO IS GONE!!!! I'M LIVID! PLUS NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE A MONTHLY FEE FOR THE APP!!! I NEED MY INFO READILY HANDY AS I MAKE BLOOD CLOTS, DIABETES PLUS 7 OTHER MED CONDITIONS!!! ************** Easy to fill in my emer. Info but I cannnnnnnot get the widget onto the lock screen. Walkaway too many steps! Do this, do that, ugh! HELP!

Got a new phone and had to redownload this app, but it has since changed, and I dislike the changes. I used to be able to add multiple contacts (the version I had was free) and now I can only add 1 with the free version. I don't need to add all my medical history to this app. Also, I am unable to add it to my lock screen. That's the whole point of this app, to show on my lock screen In case of an accident or something, and I am unable to talk.
