The in-app ticket purchase system charges your account without providing you with either tickets or a code for picking up tickets. Avoid using for purchases at all costs, this app is tantamount to a fraudulent business practice by Cine star.

Multiple times I had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy tickets which, after carefully choosing the seats, ended up in me getting only one ticket and for a random seat. After which you have to contact support and wait for refund.

Tried to reserve tickets, but reservations are not possible atm (not listed in the app, you just get an empty error message where you can only press OK). I then tried to buy the tickets, but the purchase went through for only 1 ticket and the seat isn't either one of the 2 I chose. I then tried to buy the original 2 seats again, hoping it was just a glitch, but this time I ended up with 1 seat 2 rows away. And of course there's no answer when I try to reach the cinema to try to fix this.
