Game changer for pool ownership. App is now perfect after today's bug fix. Only issue is still waiting for warranty replacement of ICO-Spa Hardware. No reply from my chasing emails either. Please send it ASAP so that we can put the dudd battery issues behind us (this is the second of 2 replacements with same battery issue).

The tester is good and useful. However, its proprietary and server dependent software means data is stored and processed online with no real local or Bluetooth access. If the company shuts down, the device becomes unusable. A more open, offline capable approach is needed. EDIT (dev reply): This is an app/software rating. Customers aren’t here to help you, you’re here to help them. The software stack should be designed from the start, so the product can outlive the company and fully work offline

This does nothing but tell me when to add acid. ORP means nothing to me. I still have to test my water with a test kit to tell me what chemicals to add.
