App don't run launcher I have android 10 xiaomi

I cannot figure out what the developer is talking about. I never found anywhere in the app that would allow me to choose a picture from outside the app as he claims. Uninstalling. This is the least intuitive app I've ever seen. Update 7/27/26: yeah it's still only has access to whatever is in its database you cannot select images from your phone to make icons out of. It doesn't seem to be able to select images from outside the app.
