Config issue, video connection test fails. Solution is to configure local wi-fi/internet to open "ports" 3478 & 3479 for udp & TCPIP traffic. ICS app fail message says only "contact ISP", my ISP says "what? Uhhh...". ICS user support says "contact our facility support team". ICS-fst said "open these ports, 3478 & 3479 for udp". Hope this helps...

This app needs a major bug fix update. After it runs the network test it goes straight to the echo test and once completed it freezes on you, so you are forced to exit the app and do the process all over again and then the network test fails and fails, so then you are forced to log out completely and try again. This app is just horrible there needs to be another way that we can video visit our loved ones without all these issues.

It's honestly heartbreaking how little ICS seems to care about connecting inmates with their loved ones... I have been horribly depressed & missing my boyfriend - every week I'm hopeful that the visit will actually connect this time, and after the 3rd failed attempt in a row today I just broke down & cried my eyes out... It sadly seems like ICS has no intention of improving this service to an even below-average standard because this here? This is just a cruel joke & IC-NO-SOLUTIONS...

This app is garbage it's always freezing up it's always disconnecting, and then they still charge you $5 even if you get a 30-second video you guys need to fix the glitches and all these issues we pay $5 to have a video visit with our loved ones and this is what we get when before all this technology visits were free any way you can to make money off of people so you rich people can get more rich
